• The passenger manifest for the ship Romanic, departed Naples 10 April 1907 and arrived Boston 22 April 1907, shows on line 16 an Angela Seccareccia, age 49 years, traveling to meet her husband Alexander Di Zazzo; she was accompanied by children:
  • Ernesto Di Zazzo, age 11,
  • Antonia Di Zazzo, age 17,
  • Palma DiZazzo, age 16, and
  • Maria Di Zazzo, age 8.
  And by Antonio DiZazzo age 24, a married man, the brother of Alessandro Di Zazzo.

Notes

• According to her niece Pat DiZazzo (interview with D. Trumbull, Sept. 22, 2007), Palma DiZazzo married but had no children and died at about age 55.

• We don't know who is the Ercole DiZazzo she married. He may be the Ercole DiZazzo who boarded with, and who disappeared from the American records about the same time as, Alessandro DiZazzo. We know that Ercole survived Palma DiZazzo (who died in 1948 in Rocca d'Evandro) and remarried and had a daughter Palmina.
