Judy and John DiZazzo, February 2009

Summary

Notes

  • According the website of Bethany Revival Center in Wichita, Kansas:

Brother John grew up in rural Vermont and attended a Catholic Church until he accepted Christ as his personal Savior at the age of 19. A few months later, he enrolled in Bethel Bible College, affiliated with Bethel Revival Center in Boston, Massachusetts. There he met his future wife, Judy, who was the pastor's daughter.

After two years of Bible School, the Lord led Brother John to Omaha, Nebraska, where he spent about a year in street ministry. He then returned to Boston, was married, and settled into Bethel Revival Center, where revival was breaking out. Sister Judy grew up during a time of great revival at Bethel, and was quite familiar with the miracle-working power of God. She attended Bible School with Brother John, and shortly after their marriage, began ministering at Bethel. She had felt the call to preach since the age of 5.

During their first year of marriage, Brother John and Sister Judy began to feel the Lord calling them to Wichita, Kansas. In November 1985, at the age of 25, Brother John and Sister Judy packed their belongings, hired a U-Haul, and headed for the nation's heartland. God's promise to bring revival to Wichita was burning in their hearts and continues to grow more real every day.

They believe God's plan for revival requires that His people surrender all to Jesus, following Him with all their heart, soul, mind and strength.
